A note on what is on the list
This wheel carries a spread of countries across every inhabited continent rather than all 195, which keeps a single spin readable and stops the list being dominated by any one region. For a full-membership draw, paste the complete list into the name picker instead - it handles long lists better than a wheel can display.
Make it yours
The 16 options above are a starting point, not a fixed list. Edit them, delete the ones that do not apply, and add your own - the wheel redraws as you type, so you can see the odds change while you go. Nothing is saved to a server, so the list is yours alone.
Adding the same option twice gives it two slices and double the chance. That is the only weighting available, and it is deliberate: a hidden weighting control would make the result look random while quietly not being.
Every spin is checkable
